How to get started with your raw food diet
Today I'll give you three very important advices how to get started with your raw food diet.
So if you're a raw food diet newcomer don't worry about doing something wrong because it's all very easy. These three advices may change your bad eating habits forever.
To lose weight fast and keep it off for good you just have to get new eating habits. In addition to that, new eating habits will improve your health and you'll get more long-lasting energy.
Raw foods to begin your day with
My first advice to you as a raw food newbie is:
Replace your morning coffee by a green smoothie, a green juice or eat some fruits.
Many people drink a cup of coffee early in the morning because they think that this will help drive away their morning fatigue. But what they don't know is that just this cup of coffee is really bad for their health because it's energy-draining.
So take your blender out of your cupboard and make a morning veggie smoothie or eat some fruits instead. This will cleanse your body and your body will get the vitamins it really needs to function properly. Raw food drinks or fruits in the morning always boost your energy level to the top of the roof.
Raw food snacks instead of popcorn and potato chips

My second advice to you is:
Eat raw food snacks.
Even though you may not be used to eat raw food snacks (I don't think of a fad lonely carrrot in between the meals), you'll see that this is really helpful because it fills your stomach with healthy fiber so that you can kiss your food cravings goodbye.
Raw food snacks such as a bagful of mixed nuts not only taste well but also give your body the nutrients it's desperately longing for. So forget about fat unhealthy and salty potato chips that will make you fat and fill your body with unhealthy food additives.
Make kale and yam chips with your dehydrator instead.
And if you have dinner in a restaurant, order a veggie platter or green salads.
That's it.
Unknown raw foods in your raw food diet
Doing a raw food diet for some weeks or months you'll come to the point that you get bored with the foods or raw food meals you're eating. That's the critical point and it's fairly dangerous because you might be in the mood to give up your raw food diet.
So my third advice to you is:
Experiment with raw foods and fruits that are still unknown to you or you haven't had on your plate yet.
Go to your grocer and buy veggies or fruits you've always wanted to try but haven't or raw foods you can't identify.
Another possibility is to replace raw food items by others in your meals, salads or smoothies.
That's how going on with your raw food diet works.
